Since starting at Organic Valley in June I have heard consumers and colleagues rave about our eggnog. I had to wait five long months so when it hit the shelves I was eager to taste. It really is as good as everyone said and now I’m trying to find ways to use in in everything, because tis’ the season!

Here is a super easy and quick way to put a seasonal spin on a breakfast classic.

Instructions
  1. Whisk eggs and eggnog in shallow bowl.
  2. Dip bread into mixture.
  3. Heat butter in a pan on medium heat and place dipped bread in pan flipping once or twice until golden brown on both sides.
Recipe Notes

I opted not to add any sugar or honey as I like to sweeten my French toast with syrup on top. If you like it sweeter mix in a tsp of organic honey or organic maple syrup.
