This recipe is simple and can be made into multiple loaves to give as gifts. You can even make it into small, personal loaves for the recipients to have all to themselves.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease bread pan- bottom only
  3. Beat eggs, add sugar, eggnog, butter, rum and vanilla
  4. Blend well
  5. add flour, baking powder and nutmeg and stir until moist
  6. Bake 45 to 50 minutes
  7. Cool 10 minutes in the pan before removing. To remove, cut around the edges with a knife
